Terms of Service

By accessing or using GreatJob ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by the company identified in the Contact section below. If you are registering on behalf of a minor child, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and you accept these Terms on their behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

GreatJob is a family productivity platform that allows parents and guardians to:

• Assign tasks and chores to children with deadlines and coin rewards
• Track completion and approve tasks via a parent dashboard
• Allow children to earn virtual coins and XP, redeem family rewards, and invest in a simulated market
• Access AI-powered task parsing and educational finance lessons
• Compete on family and global leaderboards

GreatJob is provided as a subscription service. A free tier and paid premium plans are available. Features vary by plan.

• Parents and guardians must be at least 18 years old to create a family account
• Children may only use GreatJob through a family account created and managed by a parent or guardian
• By creating a child profile, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian and consent to their use of the Service under your supervision
• Children's accounts have restricted permissions — they cannot make purchases, access billing, or view other families' data

We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe these requirements are not met.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Child accounts are accessed via a family code — keep this code private
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at the contact address below
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

GreatJob uses virtual coins and XP as gamification mechanics. Please note:

• Coins and XP have no real-world monetary value — they cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to other platforms, or redeemed outside of the family's GreatJob rewards system
• Family rewards (e.g., extra screen time, a trip to the movies) are defined by the parent and fulfilled by the parent — GreatJob does not fulfil physical or monetary rewards
• The simulated investment market is for educational purposes only and does not involve real money or real securities
• Virtual balances may be reset or adjusted as part of service operations
• We are not responsible for disputes between family members regarding task completion or reward fulfilment

• Free tier features are available without payment
• Premium plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe (international) or VNPay (Vietnam)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds will be given after the product has been downloaded, used, or the license key has been activated. For billing questions, please contact us at the address below
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's account
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, abusive, hateful, or inappropriate for children
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interact with the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

GreatJob and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the company operating the Service and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our written permission.

User-generated content (task names, reward descriptions) remains yours — by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to operate the Service.

• You may delete your account at any time from the parent dashboard settings
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without notice for serious violations
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The simulated investment market reflects real-world market behavior
• Results achieved by children through the Service (improved habits, financial literacy) are guaranteed

AI-powered features (task parsing, suggestions) are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company operating GreatJob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in-app with a new "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification to the parent account email

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
